Junjie ‘Claire’ Zhang
Claire is a life coach, yin yoga teacher and Registered Clinical Counsellor. She enjoys helping people to identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues causing them anxiety and stress and looks forward to collaborating with clients to find the best route to promote their growth.
She offers EMDR, HypnoReiki - Energy Healing therapy, and workshops and works with a wide range of clients: level-up, multicultural, dating, relationships, sports performance, traumatic brain injury, business owners, financial issues, and career counselling.
Claire takes a solution-focused and collaborative approach and incorporates curiosity, and creativity (expressive art) into her work. She seeks to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change and believes clients can develop meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship.
The essential factor in creating meaningful and sustainable change is a relationship based on a connection with trust, respect and understanding. Claire is into the arts, fitness, yoga, tennis, dance, music, and travel. As an immigrant, she has lived in Shanghai, New York, Montreal, and Florida.
Claire is fluent in Mandarin.

Parneet Kaur Sidhu
Parneet is a distinguished Clinical Social Worker and trained Art Therapist with a rich and diverse educational background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Religious Studies, alongside a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a specialization in Aboriginal Studies, decolonization, and anti-racist, anti-oppressive approaches. Additionally, she possesses a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, with a focus on family therapy and narrative therapy.
With over a decade of experience in social services, Parneet is dedicated to empowering clients and trauma survivors by helping them understand and uphold their human rights. Having lived in India, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Parneet brings a wealth of diverse experiences that enhance her empathy and understanding of clients from various backgrounds. Her personal journey as an immigrant enriches her ability to support individuals navigating similar transitions. Her therapeutic approach incorporates various modalities, with a particular focus on art therapy, to co-construct narratives of change and healing.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Parneet is passionate about photography, acting, and cooking.
Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, she offers culturally competent services that cater to a diverse clientele. Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based approach, encouraging clients to explore their strengths and set achievable goals.
